The Las Vegas Raiders acted fast to secure their cornerback room.

One day after trading for Bills slot cornerback Taron Johnson, the club agreed to bring back Eric Stokes, who flourished in his first season in Las Vegas while playing on a one-year prove-it deal.

The former first-round pick of the Green Bay Packers stayed healthy and played consistent football for the Raiders, earning a new three-year, $30 million contract, with $20 million guaranteed in the process.

Stokes and Johnson are expected to begin the year as starters, with second-year corner Darien Porter favored to start opposite Stokes.

Stokes started a career-high 16 games last year and finished with 53 tackles and five pass breakups.
