The Jets have their first interview lined up for their head coaching vacancy — with one of their former coaches likely getting one, too.

Ron Rivera is scheduled to interview for the job this week, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed, ahead of the team’s season finale against the Dolphins on Sunday, while the team is interested in speaking with Rex Ryan.

Rivera, 62, was fired as Commanders coach at the end of last season after Washington finished 4-13 in his fourth season with the team.

He was 26-40-1 during his four seasons, winning the NFC East in 2020 despite a 7-9 record. Washington lost in the wild-card round in its only playoff appearance during Rivera’s tenure.

Rivera previously was the Panthers head coach for nine seasons and led them to a Super Bowl 50 appearance after they went 15-1 during the regular season.

Carolina was 76-63-1 during Rivera’s nine seasons and 3-4 in playoff games. He won Coach of the Year honors in 2013 and ’15.

Meanwhile, Ryan’s interest in the job may be gaining some momentum.

Ryan said on ESPN NY Radio Monday morning that he expects to interview for the job and Costello confirmed the Jets do have interest in speaking with him.

“I believe I will,” Ryan, now an ESPN analyst, said when asked if he thinks he’ll get a chance to interview for the gig. “But no, I have not had any conversations with anybody within the organization, but I believe I will. Look, they’re not gonna bring anybody in I’m sure until after the season is done. This is the way Woody [Johnson] has always operated, and we’ll see what happens once the season is over.”

Ryan, who had previously touted his credentials for the job after Robert Saleh was fired, went 46-50 in six seasons as Jets head coach.

Ryan was hired in 2009 and captured the attention of the city with his brash talk as he led the Jets to back-to-back AFC Championship trips in his first two seasons.

The Jets fired Saleh and general manager Joe Douglas during the season.

They then hired The 33rd Team, led by their former GM Mike Tannenbaum, to help them with their coach and GM searches.

The Jets have interviewed Thomas Dimitroff, Jon Robinson and Jim Nagy for their GM job, and Louis Riddick was expected to get an interview.
