Rams receiver Odell Beckham Jr. had himself an interesting game in Sunday’s 20-19 win over the Ravens.

Beckham came up with the game-winning touchdown to secure the Rams’ fifth straight victory — but not before an awkward moment with Ravens safety Chuck Clark.

In the second quarter, when Baltimore was leading 13-7, Clark recorded his second interception of the day. When he got up to run back up the field, Beckham appeared to punch him straight in the buttocks, causing Clark to tumble to the turf.

The referees never called a flag on the play, and things never escalated. But, the internet was sure to point out the weird moment.

It marked Rams’ quarterback Matthew Stafford’s second interception on the day. His first was returned by Clark for a touchdown.

Beckham redeemed himself, though, in the game’s final seconds. Stafford threw a seven-yard touchdown pass to the veteran wideout with 57 seconds left — right after completing a 5-yard pass to Beckham on a fourth-and-5.

“It’s been great. Over the last couple of years, I’ve felt deprived,” Beckham said Friday, about his time with the Browns. “I’ve definitely missed the end zone for sure, and it just hasn’t been as easy and seamless as it could and should be. I’m someone who I feel like I should score once or twice every single game. I feel like I can get 100 yards every single game.”

The Rams signed Beckham to a one-year, $1.25 million contract in November, following his release from Cleveland.

He parted ways with the team after his father, Odell Beckham Sr., shared an 11-minute video to Instagram, claiming Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield was not throwing the ball to Beckham when the receiver was open.

“I’m just happy that I’m at a place that I’m having fun within myself,” Beckham said. “Just having fun playing football again.”

The Rams (11-4) have already clinched a playoff berth and a win over the 49ers on Sunday — or a loss by the Cardinals against the Seahawks — would clinch the NFC West title.
