Odell Beckham Jr. was fined $8,681 for his actions in the Giants’ win Sunday, according to ESPN, in the wake of “cheap shot” allegations by the Bills.

But the Giants didn’t find fault with the feisty way Beckham played against Rex Ryan’s defense. Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Wednesday he wants Beckham to continue blocking hard.

“He’s an emotional guy,” Coughlin said approvingly.

Several Bills had accused Beckham of unnecessary roughness during the game, calling him out as a “prima donna” in a report by the Buffalo News.

“A guy like that, you expect him to be a stand-up guy, but I guess it is a part of his game,’’ safety Duke Williams, who appeared on replay to take an unwhistled shot from Beckham, told the newspaper. “He likes to throw cheap shots here and there and gets away with it. I guess it’s his thing. Right in front of the referee and he threw a jab at me and ran behind his teammates. He ran away. I’m just like, ‘Wow. That’s crazy.’ ”
