CARDINALS (-6½) over 49ers: The Cardinals took the Bears to the woodshed a week ago in their 48-23 victory. QB Carson Palmer delivered his 14th win in his past 16 starts. Arizona also received some help from its special teams (108-yard kickoff-return TD) and defense (26-yard interception-return TD), which doesn’t bode well for a 49ers squad that was hammered 43-18 a week ago in Pittsburgh. Expect the Cardinals’ roll to continue as they make the “Steele Trap” for a second straight week.

SEAHAWKS (-14½) over Bears: There is no reason to panic in Seattle. The Seahawks lost to a pair of solid teams on the road (by three in OT at St. Louis and 10 at Green Bay). Getting reunited with the 12th man is just what the Seahawks need. The struggling Bears will be without QB Jay Cutler. While this line is a bit on the lofty side, Seattle will be too much for this Chicago team to overcome.

Last week (NFL): 2-0
Season: 3-1
