Mike Pence may need to lay off the tiger blood.

The vice president tweeted “#Winning” Wednesday in response to news that the NFL is banning kneeling for the national anthem — bizarrely echoing actor Charlie Sheen’s infamous online catchphrase during his 2011 meltdown.

Several hours later, Pence elaborated with a second tweet: “Today’s decision by the @NFL is a win for the fans, a win for @POTUS, and a win for America. Americans can once again come together around what unites us – our flag, our military, and our National Anthem. Thank you NFL. #ProudToStand.”

The league’s team owners on Wednesday reached a deal on new guidelines that say players either have to stand for the anthem on the field, or stay in the locker room if they wish to join ongoing protests against police brutality.

Pence famously walked out of an Indianapolis Colts game last year when players from the San Francisco 49ers “took a knee” during the anthem — not long after President Trump called on players who kneel to be fired.

Sheen made “#Winning” a Twitter catchphrase during his 2011 public spiral after being kicked off his sitcom “Two and a Half Men” — a period when he also infamously claimed to have “tiger blood” and “Adonis DNA.”
