New Jersey prosecutors are mulling whether to dismiss domestic violence charges against New York Giants safety Kam Moore, his lawyer claimed to The Post.

Moore, 22, showed up Wednesday to the Union County Courthouse in Elizabeth for a pre-indictment hearing that was abruptly postponed for another two weeks.

Defense attorney James Abate said he had a pre-trial conference in Judge Joseph Donohue’s chambers with a prosecutor in which he pressed his motion for dismissal of the criminal case in which Moore’s former beau claims the football player cold-cocked her during a love-triangle brawl outside his home.

During that conference, Abate referred to how Judge Frederick McDaniels, the presiding judge in the same now-dismissed case in family court, “said the plaintiff lacks credibility, that she continued to contact [Moore] despite his request she stop, including creating new accounts.”

“[McDaniels] called her a manipulative, jilted ex-girlfriend engaging in inappropriate conduct aimed at the defendant to punish him, consistent with the claim that she would ruin his life,” Abate said.

In July, Moore was arrested for the alleged domestic violence incident, which led to his suspension.

The victim, identified in a criminal complaint as “H.P.,” dropped by Moore’s home after he did not respond to her texts and got into a tussle with his girlfriend.

When H.P. fell to the ground, the 200-pound athlete “placed his foot on her neck and applied pressure,” according to the court papers.

She managed to free herself and shoved Moore for choking her — and that’s when Moore socked her on the left side of her face, the papers allege.

Moore was charged with aggravated assault and aggravated assault as a domestic violence incident.

The lawyer noted: “The prosecution is evaluating dismissal and will hopefully make a decision in the next week to two weeks. We have requested the prosecutor dismiss the case.”

A spokesperson for the Union County Prosecutor’s Office did not immediately return a request for comment.
