The Rams still want to bring back free-agent receiver Odell Beckham Jr. — even after signing Pro Bowl wideout Allen Robinson.
On Tuesday, Rams general manager Les Snead said Beckham, 29, is “someone we definitely want back, but it’s a little more complex with the injury situation.”
Beckham tore his ACL in his left knee in the second quarter of the Super Bowl in February. It was the same one he tore during the 2020 season when he played for the Browns.
The All-Pro wideout underwent surgery to repair the ACL last month, five days after the birth of his first child, Zydn, with girlfriend Lauren Wood. Days prior, the Rams beat the Bengals, 23-20, on their home field at SoFi Stadium.

The Super Bowl-winning receiver became a free agent earlier this month when the new league calendar began on March 16.
Speculation about where Beckham will play next stirred last week when the Rams signed Robinson to a three-year, $45 million deal.
Odell Beckham Jr. tore the ACL in his left knee during the first half of this year’s Super Bowl. APRobinson, 28, who spent his last four seasons with the Bears, was a sold option for Los Angeles as Beckham and wide receiver Robert Woods both continue to rehab torn ACLs.
According to ESPN, the Rams still have money left over after the Robinson move and hope to re-sign Beckham.
Last season, Beckham had 27 catches for 305 yards and five touchdowns in eight regular-season games with the Rams after being released from Cleveland.
He became one of quarterback Matthew Stafford’s favorite targets despite not joining the team mid-season. In four postseason games, Beckham also added 21 catches for 288 yards and two touchdowns.
Beckham signed with the Rams last November, just days after he was released by the Browns. At the time, his father shared a video on Instagram that showed Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield not targeting his son.
