They wouldn’t let a little thing like a criminal indictment come between them.

Baltimore Ravens star Ray Rice and his girlfriend, Janay Palmer, were married Friday, only one day after he was indicted for allegedly knocking her unconscious.

Both were busted after a scrimmage in an Atlantic City casino on Feb. 15.

The charges against Palmer, 26, were later dismissed. But a grand jury indicted the 27-year-old running back on an aggravated-assault rap that could land him in prison for three to five years.

A video posted online by TMZ shows Rice lifting his fiancée out of an elevator and laying her on the floor.

His lawyer, Michael Diamondstein, told ESPN that the footage doesn’t tell the whole story, adding, “We deny he committed an aggravated assault.’’

Rice’s teammate Torrey Smith visited the happy couple after the ceremony and told the Baltimore Sun, “They’re happy . . . they’re trying to better themselves.’’
