We’ve seen the Jets’ much-scrutinized selection of Christian Hackenberg from the Gang Green angle.

Here is a look at draft-night celebration from the quarterback’s point of view – and it didn’t take long for his friends and family to ditch their “We Are…Penn State” chants for the more appropriate “J-E-T-S Jets! Jets! Jets!”

Hackenberg represents the first big risk of GM Mike Maccagnan’s Jets career. The 21-year-old regressed each season at Penn State, didn’t come off exceptionally well in pre-draft interviews and was viewed by many as worthy of a third- or fourth-round selection. But Gang Green believed in his arm talent and potential, taking him with the 20th pick of the second round.
