Matthew Stafford’s wife isn’t here for criticism from the Average Joe.

Following the Lions’ 24-9 loss to the Vikings on Sunday, Kelly Stafford chastised certain fans and media on Instagram for believing they have a higher football IQ than those employed by the Ford family.

“It’s funny to me how media and some fans think they know either the game or how to play the game of football better than the coaches and players who do it professionally,” the mother of three shared on her story.

“There s a reason they are employed to do this and you are not,” she continued. “If you think you can do it better than give it a try .. but until then, please just sthu [shut the hell up].”

Kelly has not been shy about using her social media platforms in the past, taking on critical Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey this offseason and frustrated Lions fans in 2015.

Stafford, 30, was sacked 10 times during Sunday’s game, completing 25-of-36 passing attempts for 199 yards and zero touchdowns. Detroit’s most recent defeat also marked the first game without wide receiver Golden Tate, who was sent to Philadelphia ahead of last week’s trade deadline.

“I don’t think any one person out there on the field would have made a difference,” said head coach Matt Patricia, according to the Detroit Free Press. “It’s got to be different all the way across the board as a team, and that’s what we got to do.”

At 3-5, the Lions are in the basement of the NFC North and face their division rival, the Bears, on Sunday in Chicago.
