Spencer Long was sent packing by the Jets, but he’s not leaving the AFC East.

The veteran offensive lineman signed a three-year deal with the Bills, the team announced Tuesday.

Long, 28, was signed to a four-year, $27.4 million contract last offseason by the Jets, which did not last long. He had to move from center to guard midseason because of extreme snapping problems in part due to a finger injury. Jonotthan Harrison started the final seven games under center in his place.

The Jets saved $6.5 million in cap space by waiving Long last Tuesday, a day before he was due a $3 million roster bonus.

Buffalo will be the third team Long plays for, after spending his first four seasons in Washington.
