Patriots star Stefon Diggs has been accused of brutally attacking a personal chef at his multimillion-dollar Massachusetts mansion, shocking court documents reveal.

Diggs, 32, faces charges of strangulation or suffocation after the woman claimed he slapped and choked her until she began blacking out on Dec. 2, a police report obtained by The Post showed.

The New England receiver is dating rapper Cardi B, who gave birth to their son in November.

Diggs — who is in the middle of a three-year $69 million contract with the Patriots — denied the allegations, while the team said, “We support Stefon.”

His lawyers have characterized the accusations as little more than a dispute over money.

The chef allegedly confronted Diggs about her pay while she was staying and working at his $2.5 million Dedham home outside of Boston.

Diggs — who stands 6 feet at 180 pounds, to the chef’s 4-foot 11 inches and 130 pounds — allegedly flew into a rage and “smacked” her across the face.

“The male then tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck. She said that he was behind her with his arm wrapped around her,” the police report read.

“She said that she did feel like she had trouble breathing and that she felt like she could have blacked out. She said that as she tried to pry his arm away, he tightened his grip,” it continued.

“At that point, the male threw her onto the bed. He said something to the effect of ‘Though so.’ And then she told him that she still hadn’t been paid. At that point, the male said ‘Lies’ and walked out of the room.”

The chef had been working for Diggs since July — and regularly lived in a room at his Dedham home — but quit after the alleged altercation.

Their disagreement was sparked over her pay schedule and allegedly missed payments, and involved a series of texts in which Diggs allegedly spewed foul language while refusing to pay her.

“I won’t be paying you s–t,” one of Diggs’ alleged texts read. “I don’t gotta do a mf thing.”

“F—k I look like paying you,” he allegedly wrote in another. “Is you high bitc [sic].”

And the chef claimed one of Diggs’ assistants agreed to pay her the wages she was owed after the alleged attack — but only if she signed a non-disclosure agreement, which she refused.

She first reported the alleged attack to police on Dec. 16, then decided to press charges on Dec. 23 after initially hesitating “due to his fame,” according to the report.

After the alleged attack she said she was even called by Diggs’ girlfriend, who left a voicemail urging her not to file charges against the football star.

“The message stated something to the effect of ‘you don’t need to do all this. It’s not that big of a deal,’” the police report read.

It’s not clear whether Cardi B is the girlfriend in question.

But Cardi B appeared to wade into the controversy herself Monday to rant against “mean” people criticizing her for being with Diggs.

“I can’t change s–t. I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby,” she said in an X video, captioned “we need a reset.”

“Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p—y? Huh? I don’t know what y’all want me to do. Y’all want me to leave my man and f–k yours?” she added. “We can only go forward.”

The allegations against Diggs emerged just weeks before the Patriots head into the NFL playoffs as Super Bowl contenders. Their last regular season game is Sunday afternoon in Foxboro.

“Stefon Diggs categorically denies these allegations. They are unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, and were never investigated — because they did not occur,” his attorney David Meier said.

“The timing and motivation for making the allegations is crystal clear: they are the direct result of an employee-employer financial dispute that was not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction. Stefon looks forward to establishing the truth in a court of law,” the attorney added.

Another attorney for Diggs petitioned a Massachusetts court Tuesday to impound the police report over the incident, and said the football player had offered his accuser a financial settlement to end the dispute.

“As we speak, they’re working to come to an agreement on that,” attorney Michael DiStefano told Boston 25 after a judge said they would reach a decision “shortly.”

Diggs is currently due to be arraigned on Jan. 23, just two days before the AFC Championship game is due to be played.

The judge is also considering a request to delay Diggs’ arraignment until March.

Diggs has been an NFL star for 11 years, and previously courted controversy after he was filmed over the summer passing around a pink powder on a boat full of bikini-clad women.

A complaint was also filed against him in November alleging sexual battery, battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.

Diggs countered that with a libel lawsuit in which he alleged the individual had fabricated their story.

His career began with five seasons with the Vikings before being traded to the Bills. He spent four years with Buffalo before being traded to the Texans before the 2024 campaign.

The Patriots lead the AFC East and enter Week 18 as the AFC’s No. 2 seed with a chance to claim home-field advantage and the top overall seed.

Should the Patriots not claim the top seed, their first playoff game would come next weekend or the following Monday, Jan. 12.
