Tom Brady hasn’t looked like himself this season. In fact, over the last bunch of games, the Patriots legend apparently has looked a lot more like — gulp — Chicago Bears bust Mitch Trubisky.

In nine games since Week 4, the 42-year-old Brady has thrown just 11 touchdowns against six interceptions, for a 59.2 completion percentage and 80.3 passer rating.

Brady, often labeled an ageless wonder, has averaged 6.2 yards per pass attempt during that stretch, and hasn’t hidden his frustrations on the sidelines and during news conferences. Brady is on pace for 24 touchdowns, which would be his lowest mark since 2006, as part of a spiraling offense lacking star options.

In eight games during the same stretch, Trubisky, the No. 2 overall pick in 2017, has thrown 10 touchdowns against five interceptions, for a 63.18 completion percentage and 85.7 passer rating. He has averaged 6.27 yards per pass attempt.

The 25-year-old Trubisky has underperformed in his third season as starter, and it remains to be seen whether he will be starting in Chicago next fall.

The six-time Super Bowl winner Brady, who has attempted 122 more passes than Trubisky over the last nine games, also could find himself elsewhere next season or retire.

Brady’s struggles aside, the Patriots are 10-2, thanks in large part to their defense and a mostly weak schedule. The Bears are 6-6.
