Cedar Grove, NJ — pop. 13,000 — is the center of the NFL’s quarterback universe.

Cinderella story Tommy DeVito and future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers live a Hail Mary pass – 8/10th of a mile – from each other.

Giants signal-caller and new media sensation Tommy Cutlets lives in his parents’ middle-class $700,000 center-hall colonial.

Jets QB Rodgers luxuriates in a modern $9 million glass mansion.

At Cedar Beans, a popular java joint on Pompton Avenue, DeVito is winning the tip war.

There are two tip jars — each with a picture of one of the quarterbacks and DeVito is beating Rodgers 4 to 1 in cash gratuities.

“People like an underdog story and he’s a local guy,” said owner Dave Fletcher, who added that some tipsters fill the jar with emphasis, “Bam!” ”Bada Bing!” and “This is for Tommy!”

At The Grasshopper on Grove Avenue, customers can order a Tommy DeVito chicken cutlet sandwich.

“But he [DeVito] likes the sliced steak double meat,” noted longtime server Alice McGuire, who said the DeVitos are regulars.

She hasn’t seen Rodgers, but thinks the one-time “Jeopardy” host would score big at “Tuesday Trivia” night.

Joanne Wilson, who runs Pawticular Pets Dog Grooming, doesn’t handle DeVito’s current pooch, Rocky, but the family friend used to dote on the DeVito’s dear departed Shepherd.

“They are kind, loving people,” she said.

As for new neighbor, Mr. Rodgers?

“I’ve never been a sports person … but he’s adorable,” she gushed.
