Cutlets remain on the menu — at least as a side dish, and at least for now — for the Giants.

There were three quarterbacks on the field at Tuesday’s practice, meaning third-stringer Tommy DeVito officially survived the initial cutdown to a 53-man roster before the 4 p.m. deadline.

“The roster’s still fluid, so I’m not gonna get into any specifics,” Giants coach Brian Daboll said before practice. “Still got a couple days here to make adjustments if we need to, practice squad-wise and claims. But specifics on certain players, we’ll deal with that [Wednesday].”

Asked if the Giants expect to keep three quarterbacks on the active roster to start the season, Daboll added, “I’ll say what I said. There’s a lot of things still being discussed right now, but this is the original 53. There could be more changes, there could not be. That’s why these next few days are gonna be important. As of right now, these are the original guys we kept, but that’s not to say there won’t be changes.”

The Giants added veteran quarterback Drew Lock in the offseason to back up returning starter Daniel Jones, who is coming back from season-ending knee surgery last November.

But Lock has been dealing with hip and oblique issues late in training camp, likely necessitating keeping DeVito on the roster.

“I don’t know if the word is ‘worried,’ ” DeVito said last week when asked about his roster status. “I think I’ve always carried confidence about myself. I’ve always just tried to go out each and every day and tried to play my best and be my best each day on the field, whether it was last year or this year, no matter what happened. Because last year was last year. It’s in the past. We’re moving on to what is here now.”

DeVito started and played the entirety of Saturday night’s preseason finale, a 10-6 loss to the Jets at MetLife Stadium.

The popular Jersey native was sacked eight times against the Jets’ defensive backups, including on three consecutive offensive plays in the second quarter.

The 26-year-old DeVito, who made six starts and nine appearances last season, finished the game with 14 completions on 27 attempts for 103 yards.

“Ups and downs,’’ DeVito said after the game. “There were a lot of sputters, there was some really good and there was some eh. Wish I had a couple back. Some sacks, I could have just got the ball out, helped the play-callers and the offense be in a better situation.’’

Jones made one preseason appearance in his return from a torn ACL two weeks ago against the Texans, and he threw two interceptions with one three-and-out in the first half, including one pick that was returned for a touchdown.

But Jones rebounded to direct a 68-yard touchdown drive, including a 44-yard completion to Darius Slayton and another drive that resulted in a Graham Gano field goal.

He also connected with rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers four times for 54 yards.

Lock, who played last season with the Seahawks, suffered a hip injury in the preseason opener Aug. 8 against the Lions.
