Tyreek Hill made sure to put his hands behind his back after speeding down the sideline for a touchdown.

Hill capped a day that began with him being detained in handcuffs by police for a driving violation outside the stadium by scoring an 80-yard TD reception with 2:08 remaining in the third quarter of the Dolphins’ season opener against the Jaguars.

Hill, who was cited for reckless driving in the late-morning incident with cops just before arriving at Hard Rock Stadium, caught a pass from Tua Tagovailoa around midfield and streaked down the left sideline for the score that cut the Jaguars’ lead to 17-14 with the extra point.

The Dolphins went on to win 20-17 as Hill finished with seven catches on 12 targets for 130 yards.

After hurling the ball into the stands, Hill stopped at the far corner of the end zone and did the handcuffs celebration.

Teammate Jaylen Waddle unhooked the imaginary handcuffs before they returned to the Miami sideline.

The Miami-Dade Police Department said they are looking into Sunday’s detainment of Hill, who was shown on video handcuffed and laying on the ground before he was released.

“We are aware of the recent detainment of Miami Dolphins player Tyreek Hill by Miami-Dade Police Department officers,” director Stephanie V. Daniels said in a statement released by the MDPD. “I have requested an immediate review of all details surrounding the incident, and we are also reviewing available body camera footage. We will provide updates as further information becomes available.”

In an interview with NFL Network, Hill’s agent Drew Rosenhaus called the treatment of his client “unnecessary,” adding, “There’s no reason Tyreek should have been treated that way.”
