Week 4 Titans-Steelers will be postponed after another Titans player and a personnel member tested positive for COVID-19.

After initial optimism that the game could be played on Monday or Tuesday of this week, the NFL announced the game will be played later this season as the Titans have now had 11 members of their organization test positive.

What does Titans-Steelers postponement mean for fantasy football?

Right now it appears that most sites will treat this week as a bye for the Titans and Steelers. That means those players will record zeroes if left in your lineups so be sure to take them out and replace them with someone from your bench or available on waivers.

Check out some last minute replacements below for Derrick Henry, James Conner, JuJu Smith-Schuster, A.J. Brown, Corey Davis, Diontae Johnson, Jonnu Smith, Eric Ebron and both D/STs, ranked by rostership percentages and available in over 50 percent of Yahoo leagues:

Running back replacements for Derrick Henry, James Conner

Carlos Hyde could be a solid play against the permeable Dolphins defense with Chris Carson ailing. Carson may still play but could be limited.

Here are a number of running back options:

— Carlos Hyde, Seattle Seahawks at Miami Dolphins, (41% rostered)

— Jeff Wilson Jr., San Francisco 49ers vs. Philadelphia Eagles (41%)

— Kerryon Johnson, Detroit Loons vs. New Orleans Saints (31%)

— Frank Gore, New York Jets vs. Denver Broncos (19% rostered

Wide receiver replacements for JuJu Smith-Schuster, A.J. Brown, Corey Davis, Diontae Johnson

Russell Gage is your best bet if available in Atlanta’s high-scoring offense. Brandon Aiyuk is also solid with the volume of injuries to the 49ers. Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Allen Lazard seem to alternate as the No. 2 option and offer boom-or-bust potential.

Here is a wide range of wide receiver options:

— Russell Gage, Atlanta Falcons at Green Bay Packers (49% rostered)

— Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers vs. Philadelphia Eagles (44%)

— Keelan Cole, Jacksonville Jaguars at Cincinnati Bengals (36%)

— Golden Tate, New York Giants at Los Angeles Rams (36%)

— Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Green Bay Packers vs. Atlanta Falcons (35%)

— Preston Williams, Miami Dolphins vs. Seattle Seahawks (31%)

— Hunter Renfrow, Las Vegas Raiders vs. Buffalo Bills (24%)

— Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (14%)

— Greg Ward, Philadelphia Eagles at San Francisco 49ers (5%)

— Zach Pascal, Indianapolis Colts at Chicago Bears (4%)

— Van Jefferson, Los Angeles Rams vs. New York Giants (3%)

Tight end replacements for Jonnu Smith, Eric Ebron

Dalton Schultz looks like he’s filling the role many thought Blake Jarwin would this year and is the best option of the bunch. Mo Alie-Cox is also a solid play even with Jack Doyle back.

Here are a few tight end options:

— Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys vs. Cleveland Browns (36% rostered)

— Jimmy Graham, Chicago Bears vs. Indianapolis Colts (31%)

— Mo Alie-Cox, Indianapolis Colts at Chicago Bears (25%)

Pittsburgh, Titans D/ST replacements

The Jets are probably the least bad option of this bunch as odd as that may sound. They will be up against 2019 undrafted free agent Brett Rypien and a hobbled Broncos team on Thursday and this game has the lowest Vegas point total of the week (41 points).

Here are a few defensive options:

— Seattle Seahawks D/ST at Miami Dolphins (46% rostered)

— Arizona Cardinals D/ST at Carolina Panthers (41%)

— New York Jets D/ST vs. Denver Broncos (15%)

— Cincinnati Bengals D/ST vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (4%)
