With the Jets appearing destined to be at the top of the 2018 NFL Draft, all eyes are on the college quarterbacks for Jets fans.

We will give you our rankings of the quarterbacks each week during the college season. Here is our list after Week 1:

1. Sam Darnold, USC

Last week: 23-of-33, 289 yards, 0 passing TD, 2 INT, 71.0 QBR, 1 rushing TD in a 49-31 win over Western Michigan

This week: vs. No. 14 Stanford, Saturday, 7:30 p.m., FOX

If I had done preseason rankings, I would have had Darnold atop this list, so I am not dropping after one OK performance. One of the interceptions was a bad one, the other was a 50/50 ball. Darnold still made some pretty throws. This week is a big test against a good Cardinal team.

2. Josh Rosen, UCLA

Last week: 35-of-59, 491 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT, 58.8 QBR in a 45-44 win over Texas A&M

This week: vs. Hawaii, Saturday, 5 p.m., Pac 12

Rosen had the most impressive performance of Week 1, leading a comeback against the Aggies from a 34-point deficit. Rosen struggled for much of the game. In his defense, he was under siege behind a shaky offensive line. But he showed moxie in the fourth quarter and how strong a passer he is.

3. Josh Allen, Wyoming

Last week: 23-of-40, 174 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT, 24.9 QBR in a 24-3 loss to Iowa

This week: vs. Gardner-Webb, Saturday 4 p.m.

Allen had his issues against a tough Hawkeyes front seven. You saw the good from Allen with some unreal throws and the bad when he took chances on the two interceptions. He injured his non-throwing shoulder in the game, but is expected to play this week.

4. Luke Falk, Washington State

Last week: 33-of-39, 311 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT, 90.9 QBR in a 31-0 win over Montana State

This week: vs. Boise State, Saturday, 10:30 p.m., ESPN

Everyone is concentrating on the Big Three, but if someone crashes the party next spring, it could be Falk. He showed his skills in Week 1 against an inferior opponent. He’ll step up in class this week against Boise State.

5. Mason Rudolph, Oklahoma State

Last week: 20-of-24, 303 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT, 96.7 QBR in a 59-24 win over Tulsa

This week: at South Alabama, Friday, 8 p.m., ESPN2

Rudolph got his season off to a great start against Tulsa. The Cowboys have a week out of conference schedule where Rudolph should roll up big numbers. The test for him will come when they start playing Big 12 games.
