Yannick Ngakoue couldn’t possibly make it any clearer he wants out of Jacksonville.

The malcontent continued to air a litany of grievances on Tuesday when he took some not-so-subtle jabs at the Jaguars for their losing culture.

“I really want to be part of a team that has great culture and winning is a habit,” he said on ESPN. “I don’t want to be part of a team that losing is a norm or anything of that nature.

“I’m a top-five defensive end in this league — top-three — my play hasn’t been able to be seen like that playing in Jacksonville — not having too many prime-time games. So, if I ended up landing on a team that’s prime-time, hopefully, I can show the world what I can do.”

The 2016 third-round pick from Maryland has recorded 122 tackles, 37.5 sacks, 14 forced fumbles and two interceptions over four seasons and was named to the Pro Bowl in 2017.

The Jaguars have finished in the basement of the AFC South in three of those four seasons. They captured the AFC South in 2017 (lost in the conference championship game to the Patriots), but tallied a disappointing 6-10 record last year.

Ngakoue, who just turned 25, touted that he brings “a different a presence in the locker room, not just on the field.”

“You can reach out to anybody that’s ever played with me in Jacksonville,” he said. “The kind of intensity and aggressiveness I bring is different.”

He added that he wants “to be part of something special” to “make a great impact on the community, and just reach out to younger people.”

The Jaguars exercised the franchise tag on Ngakoue in March valued at $19.3 million, but that was viewed as a precursor to a trade.

The disgruntled star also posted photos of former Eagles players on his Instagram in another overt gesture of contempt.

“You always want your players happy,” general manager Doug Marrone said of the tenuous situation last week.

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported last week the 6-foot-2, 246-pound edge-rusher has attracted “multiple interested teams,” but that the Jaguars will only let him walk for the right price.

“The Jags value him and won’t give him away for little return,” Garafolo continued. “But it’ll be interesting to see how this plays out as we draw closer to the draft.”
