Artemi Panarin will miss his second-straight game Tuesday night against the Devils with a lower-body injury, while defenseman K’Andre Miller is set to miss his first game as a Ranger due to an upper-body injury.

“Panarin was really close, but he’s not going to go tonight,” head coach David Quinn said prior to Tuesday’s matchup at the Garden. “K’Andre is getting better. Similar situation. There was a discussion that maybe those guys might be able to go, but unfortunately won’t be able to.”

Panarin was injured during last Wednesday’s overtime loss to the Bruins. Miller missed Saturday’s practice and skated briefly on Monday before being taken off for “precautionary reasons.”

Center Filip Chytil, who has missed eight games with an upper-body injury, has still not skated since he was first injured on Jan. 24.
