The Devils have waived Barry Tallackson, a little more than two months after the right wing had surgery to correct an irregular heartbeat.
Tallackson underwent surgery on Sept. 26 then went to Lowell of the AHL for conditioning. He did not have a point in four games with the Devils this season.
