Ryan Hartman has a couple of extra Benjamins in his Venmo account.

The Minnesota Wild forward was fined $4,250 for giving Edmonton Oilers winger Evander Kane the finger in Tuesday night’s game, but he got some slight relief from Kane’s ex-wife, Anna.

On her Instagram story, Anna Kane shared that she sent Hartman $200 in support of the gesture.

“Stay blessed,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, sharing a screengrab of a Venmo caption that delineated the money was to go toward paying the fine for flipping off her ex-husband. It appears she later deleted her account.

Evander and Anna Kane had a public, messy split. In December, Evander was granted sole custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Kensington.

Amid the proceedings, Anna posted a since-deleted photo on Instagram of Evander allegedly pointing a loaded gun at her. Evander’s attorneys said this image came from a “photo shoot”, which Anna denied.

Prior to that, Anna had accused Evander of being a compulsive gambler, and even throwing games to win money. Evander denied these allegations, and the NHL investigation into them found no evidence that he had gambled on games.
