The Rangers head to Atlanta to take on the winless Thrashers, who they thrashed last season in the playoffs four-games-to-none. While the Thrashers’ abysmal 0-6 start can be viewed as laughable, nothing is more laughable than a team that loses to a winless club. There is no acceptable Rangers’ result but to win tomorrow night.

Blueshirt Bulletin brings up (citing other sources) that Thomas Pock practiced with Michal Roszival; a sign Marek Malik may not skate. That would be a welcome change, at least for the majority of this blog’s readership. Also, with Marcel Hossa still out, the potential for Nigel Dawes to play is another development worth watching.
