The French Canadian Web site cyberpresse.ca reports that former Devils coach Pat Burns has again been stricken with cancer, this time in his lungs.

Burns, 56, tells the Web site he will not undergo chemotherapy after doing so for battles with colon cancer in 2003-04 and liver cancer in 2005.

Burns led the Devils to the Stanley Cup in the 2002-03 season. He currently works on special assignments for the team.
