As part of the final curtain call on his legendary broadcasting career, Rangers play-by-play voice Sam Rosen will reunite with longtime broadcast partner John Davidson in the booth.

The Hockey Hall of Fame sportscaster duo will call the Blueshirts matchup with the Flyers on April 9 as part of a special NHL on TNT broadcast, a TNT Sports news release on Wednesday announced.

Rosen, who will retire at the conclusion of this season, called games alongside Davidson from 1986 through 2006, forging a broadcasting tandem beloved by Rangers fans. They were the voices behind the Rangers’ last Stanley Cup victory in 1994, which featured Rosen’s iconic call of “This one will last a lifetime!”

The two had several memorable moments across two decades, including the time when they were kidnapped and taken to the Canyon of Heroes for the Rangers championship parade.
