When the ball drops a week from Tuesday night to signify the end of the decade, the Rangers, Islanders and Devils will have combined to play 2,353 regular-season games through the 2010s, plus another 164 playoff games.

Here are the 10 most memorable, plus an honorable mention:

Honorable Mention, Jan. 12, 2010: Devils 1, Rangers 0 in shootout at MSG

The greatest battle in the rivalry between two of the five winningest goaltenders in NHL history, with Martin Brodeur making 51 saves to Henrik Lundqvist’s 45. Patrik Elias scored the lone shootout goal, beating Lundqvist in the bottom of the fourth round after luminaries Erik Christensen, Zach Parise, Ales Kotalik, Jamie Langenbrunner, Marian Gaborik, Travis Zajac and Brandon Dubinsky had been foiled.

10. Feb. 11, 2011: Islanders 9, Penguins 3 at the Coliseum

Meeting nine days after a match in which Max Talbot concussed Blake Comeau and Brent Johnson scored a one-punch KO of Rick DiPietro, the clubs brawled their way through an NHL record 346 PIMs that featured 15 fighting majors.

9. April 11, 2010: Flyers 2, Rangers 1 in Game 82 shootout in Philadelphia

The winner of the final game of the regular season would advance to the playoffs, and it would be the Flyers when Brian Boucher made the shootout save on Olli Jokinen after No. 12 did those (in)famous circles in the corner as a prelude to his season-ending try. P.A. Parenteau had scored for the Blueshirts in the competition, but both Daniel Briere and Claude Giroux beat Lundqvist, who had been spectacular in the match in which his team was outshot 47-26. The following day, John Tortorella ripped Marian Gaborik and Christensen in his postseason post-mortem with the press and was immediately summoned to Jim Dolan’s office, where the coach was rebuked by the Garden CEO for his comments. (Maybe for his choice of Jokinen, too.)

8. Jan. 2, 2012: Rangers 3, Flyers 2 in Winter Classic at Philadelphia

Blueshirts had overcome a 2-0 deficit and were protecting a 3-2 lead when Ryan McDonagh was assessed a bogus covering-the-puck-in-the-crease penalty at 19:40 of the third period that gave Philadelphia a penalty shot. Lundqvist stopped Briere to preserve the victory in front of 46,967 at the Phillies’ ballpark. Following the game, Tortorella hinted that perhaps the NHL and NBC had been in cahoots in attempting to create overtime and was fined $30,000 by the league for his words that the coach insisted were meant to be sarcastic.

7. April 24, 2016: Game 6 of the first round, Islanders 2, Panthers 1 in overtime at Barclays

After (boo) John Tavares tied the score at 19:06 of the third period (cheer), the captain (boo) scored at 10:41 of OT to give the Islanders their first playoff series victory since 1993 (cheer).

6. March 19, 2012: Rangers 4, Devils 2 at the Garden

The Line Brawl, with Stu Bickel fighting Ryan Carter, Brandon Prust going with Cam Janssen and Mike Rupp throwing down with Eric Boulton the moment the puck was dropped in the final game of the season series that had become a year-long blood feud with Tortorella and Pete DeBoer behind their respective benches. Tortorella was incensed DeBoer had chosen his fourth-line to start the game after he himself had pulled something similar in New Jersey in their Dec. 20, 2011, match in which Rupp and Janssen fought at 0:03. And it was Bickel moving up from his spot on defense to take the faceoff because starting center Dubinsky was recovering from a broken nose he’d suffered in a previous fight with Carter.

5. May 13, 2015: Game 7 of the conference semis, Rangers 2, Caps 1 in overtime at the Garden

Blueshirts became the first (and still only) team in NHL history to overcome 3-1 series deficits in consecutive years by pulling off the feat against Washington after doing so against Pittsburgh the previous spring. Rangers had won Game 5 on a McDonagh OT goal after Chris Kreider had tied the game with 1:41 remaining in the third period, won Game 6 in D.C., and were locked in a 1-1 match in Game 7 when Derek Stepan pounded one home at 11:24 of OT to send the Rangers to the Eastern Conference finals for the third time in four years.

4. Feb. 28, 2019: Islanders 6, Maple Leafs 1 at the Coliseum

The old barn rattled with resentment as Tavares was jeered, booed and cursed from the moment he touched the ice for pregame warmups throughout the match in the one-time favorite-son’s raucous return to the Island following his decision to sign a free agent contract with Toronto the previous summer.

3. May 11, 2014: Game 6 of the conference semis, Rangers 3, Penguins 1 at the Garden

Blueshirts, who had been down 3-1 in the series, tied it on the emotion-charged Mother’s Day on which Marty St. Louis scored the first goal three days after the death of his mom, France St. Louis, while his father and sister watched from the stands. Garden has never been as loud since the remodeling. Blueshirts would win a 2-1 Game 7 in Pittsburgh before defeating Montreal in the next round en route to their five-game defeat in the final to the Kings.

2. May 29, 2014: Game 6 of the conference finals, Rangers 1, Canadiens 0 at the Garden

Dominic Moore broke the scoreless tie at 18:07 of the second period, Lundqvist made his helicopter save on Thomas Vanek and the Blueshirts advanced to the Cup final for the first time in 25 years. Game 1 of the series, a 7-2 victory in Montreal 12 days earlier in which Kreider crashed into Carey Price, was pretty memorable, too.

1. May 25, 2012: Game 6 of the conference finals, Devils 3, Rangers 2 at Prudential

Eighteen years to the day after a dramatically different Game 6 in which Mark Messier cashed his guarantee, Brodeur and New Jersey twisted history their way when Adam Henrique scored off a scramble in front at 1:03 of OT to complete the stunning upset and ouster of the East’s top regular-season team. Devils had taken a 2-0 lead before Rangers struck twice in third to tie, with the 40-year-old Brodeur preserving the deadlock with a spectacular third period rebound save on Brad Richards.
