Creating a family is the most private and personal of decisions (“A Fertile Biz Aids Sarah,” April 30).

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick made a decision that obviously is the best for them.

The Post’s assertion that surrogacy is “an option of last resort” is ignorant and judgmental. Adoption is a wonderful way to create a family.

As an adoptive mother of three beautiful children, I can only hope that celebrities’ choices in this area do not influence the greater and child-centered good.
