Congress decided to have a four-day work week so it could all enjoy the BCS National Championship game at home instead of in their posh D.C. digs.

Next Monday night is the second half of the season premiere of “24.” Luckily for Congress, it’s Martin Luther King’s birthday, so they already have the day off.
