President Obama may well be “the hippest politician around,” but that reflects egregiously on the state of America, not the GOP (“Sen. John McCain’s Daughter Meghan Calls Barack Obama ‘Hip’,” (March 9). Meghan McCain laments that the GOP is “about as edgy as Donny Osmond” and then rails against one of the edgiest conservatives around, the great and wonderful Ann Coulter.

Meghan’s obviously inherited a lot from her father.
