Uniforms, zero tolerance for bullying, rigorous academics, character education and structured environment (“Charters ‘Nix 23%’ of Kids,” April 24).
It’s called a “charter school,” but it sounds like Catholic school to me.
No one — in particular, our Catholic-bashing media — will dare say where the blueprint for the charter school came from.
Why can’t credit be given to a school system that is still working in the United States?
