With all the problems that the city school system is weighed down with, the pizza-pie political police had to be called in to make sure that kids don’t eat anything that these storm troopers don’t approve of (“Cheesed Off,” March 16)?

Does Joel Klein and the Department of Education know that their job is to make sure that these children are educated?

Leave the feeding up to the people whose job it is – the parents.

They’re pros when it comes to low-tide legislation.
