Eric Torbenson hits the nail on the head (“The Un-Stimulator,” PostScript, Dec. 6).

With the vast uncertainty as to the financial impact a health-reform bill will have on employers, coupled with the incredibly massive tax for the hoax of the proposed climate-control trickery bill, it’s no wonder businesses are unwilling to hire.

I would suggest that the small uptick in November may very well be due to seasonal hiring.

Time will tell, but if the extreme left, which is leading the Democratic Party, doesn’t wake up soon and listen to the people of this country who continue to be fed up, it will be a massacre come November 2010.
