How about we let the investigators investigate?
Give the families of the dead a respectful moment to collect their loved ones and begin grieving.
Hold off on the blame games ’til we have some actual facts, so we have a hope of apportioning it correctly.
And of learning the right lessons.
America used to call this “common sense,” and it’s past time to get back to it.
