In Canada’s Chronicle Herald, Scott Taylor urges international community to “learn from our mistake in Afghanistan and rather than rushing in to rebuild [Haiti’s]  shattered infrastructure, we should patiently educate them into doing it themselves. It will take longer, and it will cost more, but the end result will be worth it.”
