We are not having a presidential election in America this year, we are having a rock concert (“Prez Candidates Giving Back To Gain Votes?” April 8).

We’re going to select our leader based on his or her mass personal appeal instead of where he or she stands on the issues – sort of like an “American Idol” for the White House.
