Rebecca Rosenberg was greatly out of line in stating that Katie Holmes is not “fleet” and that she “huffed and puffed” her way through the NYC marathon (“Feet of Endurance,” Nov. 5).

Holmes ran 26.2 miles in a very respectable five-and-a-half hours. The actual winner of this marathon would have shown Holmes more respect than Rosenberg did.
