‘Big question — when is this supposed to be finished?”

So inquired Prince Harry at Ground Zero yesterday, no doubt in all innocence. (The Royals have never paid all that much attention to the Colonies, anyway. If they did, George Washington would never have been able to swipe them in the first place.)

The answer, of course, is obvious: It was supposed to have been finished several years ago.

Whether it ever will be is something else entirely.

How embarrassing that the world is noticing.
