I find it hard to appreciate Judge Judy sitting on the bench anymore. After reading Cindy Adams’ column, I appreciate the woman even less (“Don’t Judge Judy by Her Pricey Digs,” June 18).

With so much financial hardship for the lower and middle classes today, I thought the column’s content was gross.

I thought that Adams had better sense than to think all of that was amusing.

Reward themselves for what? For her totally humiliating people and her husband going along for the ride? Dorothy O’Brien Jacksonville, Fla.
