Chef Daniel Angerer and his wife, Lori Mason, decided to use her excess breast milk to make cheese, and, of course, there are eager diners wanting a sample.
Some people will eat anything.

I long for the days when my family upstate was able to drink milk, make ice cream and purchase cheese from neighbors.
