I will miss Gourmet magazine, as I have been a reader since the 1980’s, but my husband and I will particularly miss Jane and Michael Stern’s articles (“Put a Fork in Them,” Oct. 6).

Not only have they imparted valuable information to us, but their articles were also enjoyable to read and their humor great.

I rarely read an article from beginning to end, but when it came to reading the Sterns, their writing always captivated me and I wished the article would never end.
