The Issue: Misdemeanor charges filed against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo for forcible touching.
Phew, I’m so relieved that Attorney General Letitia James has announced her run for governor (“Cuomo sex wrap,” Oct. 29).
Now we can finally see some justice for former Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s harassment and assault victims.

So Cuomo will be arrested.
I would just like to take this time and thank God for my early Christmas present and acknowledge that not even President Biden’s supply-chain fiasco could prevent me from receiving it.

During his times as governor, Cuomo often stuck his thumb in the eye of law enforcement by handpicking a parole board that too often granted early release to cop killers.
It was another repulsive example of this bully’s abuse of power. But then he went overboard with his vile behavior and is now facing charges for being an alleged serial violator of women.
As for those jail cells that were once occupied by brutal cop killers who were liberated, it may be the right time to keep one reserved for the disgraced Cuomo. Only then will justice be served.

Assuming New York’s former governor is guilty (and I’m not saying he is) of misdemeanor unlawful touching, why are prosecutors going after him and not going after the violent felons who destroyed New York?
There is video proof that Black Lives Matter did damage.
The answer is that prosecutors are interested only in themselves, and not the public. AG James refuses to go after these alleged felons and now is running for governor. Wow.

News that Cuomo is to be indicted for a sex crime over his alleged groping shows that he’s not just bad — he’s also stupid.
Cuomo resigned as governor in order to protect himself from being impeached.
We can now see though that Cuomo was duped, and he has been effortlessly outplayed by Democratic rivals.
New York has continued to pursue a criminal investigation against Cuomo, destroying his political chances. James has thus cleared out a prominent challenger to her own campaign for governor.

The Issue: President Biden’s meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican last Friday.
As a patriotic American, I am aware that this president does not represent the hardworking, self-reliant and law-abiding people of this country (“The Holy [no] see for Biden,” Oct. 29) .
As a practicing Catholic, I believe that this pope no longer represents the devout, tenet-observing people of this faith.
Pope Francis had a meeting with a so-called Catholic president who supports abortion and a socialist agenda.
I no longer accept this pope as my spiritual leader. While he encourages the American bishops not to be political, he at the same time pushes climate change and attacks capitalism.

Opinions differ on Biden and Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s meetings with the pope inside the holy walls of the Vatican. These two not only support abortion, but endorse the most radical kind.
I think most can agree that this administration needs prayers from the highest source available.
