Terrorist-coddling attorney Lynne Stewart deserves a lot longer than 28 months in jail; hopefully, the appellate judges will show some sense and send her away until they have to carry her out in a pine box (“Let Lynne Stewart Rot,” Editorial, Feb. 2).
It’s a safe bet that, in jail or not, this nasty character is already rotten to the core.

I agree: Lose the key to Stewart’s jail cell.
Her crimes are serious and transcend what can be punished with a stern scolding, delivered with a wink and a nod.
Stewart is a revolutionary and hardened in her ways. She knowingly made herself an active accomplice of a gang of murderers.
Justice is hard time for a hardened criminal.

Only in America can a person commit treason and get away with it.
But Stewart is not the only one committing treason. The New York Times does so on a daily basis.
