NAP ON IT, DR. MIKE
Now that the paramedic side of Mayor Bloomberg has given us the commandments of health to follow, such as no smoking, no trans fats and swallow a baby aspirin every day, maybe he will include in his critical-care mandate that all city workers take a nap every day (“Midday Nap Can Be a Lifesaver,” Feb. 13).
After all, a new study reports that napping at least three times weekly for half an hour might decrease the risk of death from heart disease.
While the administration is napping, maybe Bloomberg will dream up a way to get kids to school on time.
