Kyle Smith needs to have a conversation with Peggy Noonan (“A Spoonful of Salad,” PostScript, Nov. 28). President Obama is intractably convinced of his superior intellect and the virtue of his ideology. Noonan has always had a touch of “If Obama just did this, Americans would react better,” but she should know that Obama doesn’t hear us or isn’t interested.

Noonan should admit she made a big mistake voting for him and get on with what she does best — writing.
