THE ISSUE: Michael Moore’s latest documentary, comparing Cuban and American health care.

* It’s only fitting that Michael Moore named his new movie after himself (” ‘Sicko’: Whitewashing for

Fidel,” Rich Lowry, PostOpinion, May 22).

* If Cuba is in a bad economic situation, it is because the United States doesn’t let its people or other countries have an opinion.

The United States should honor peace and free Cuba.

I support Moore.

* Moore is angry that he may face legal problems because of his trip to Cuba?

Since he believes that the United States is such an awful country, why doesn’t he just move to Canada? Apparently,

Canada and Cuba are absolutely perfect.

Please, Moore, leave us awful Americans, and do not return.

* Moore once again chooses to release one of his anti-American propaganda films prior to an election, and conservatives are not giddy over it.

I, for one, am thrilled that Moore has chosen to inject himself into the national political debate prior to the 2008 elections. He and other hypocritical Hollywood celebrities destroyed any chance the Democrats had in 2004

with their out-of-touch, narrow-minded vitriol.

Those of us who wish to see someone in office who cares more about the security and well-being of American

citizens than how America can best accommodate the wishes of the “international community” should be thrilled.

The Democrats can’t get enough of that Hollywood cash, and they have learned very little about who to allow on

the podium and who to kick off of it.
