‘Sex’ goes burka
With its connection to the attacks of 9/11 and other terrorist strikes, is it really a good idea for Sarah Jessica Parker’s “Sex and the City 2” to take place in Abu Dhabi (“Sex and the Sharia,” Kyle Smith, PostScript, May 30)?
With all their success, Parker & Co. might have thought twice about highlighting a place where so many would like to make sure that we never again have sex or a city.

Smith needs to lighten up.
“Sex and the City 2” is a fun, summer chick flick in the midst of the usual heavy-handed, male-dominated, superhero action melodramas.
It isn’t full of subliminal political and religious themes — girls just want to have fun!
It’s only a movie.
