China is an illegitimate, illegal and ruthless regime whose newly realized economic might is carried upon the backs of its oppressed people and in gross opposition to its environment (“Why China Won’t Help Stop Tehran,” PostOpinion, Peter Brookes, Oct. 12).

China wants us to be fully engaged on multiple military fronts while the Chinese economy grows at the expense of the United States — part of which it already owns.

China befriends and supports our enemies and never lifts a finger to promote freedom, charity or good will. Do not trust China.
