Mayor Bloomberg hit a new, dirty low in his criticism of unlicensed pedicabs (“War on Pedi Crime,” Oct. 7).

Bloomberg fought hard against other city leaders and the pedestrian community to prevent regulation of these out-of-control street menaces.

Imagine the unmitigated gall of Bloomberg now complaining about pedicabs not being licensed. Bloomberg is the main cause of the pedicab chaos.
