I’ve been an employee of Kenneth Cole Productions for 21 years and am offended at your distorted representation of Kenneth Cole and our company (“Kenneth Cole Drops CEO Granoff,” March 1).

Cole has a hands-off approach, trusting his employees to run their businesses. I have great respect for him and wouldn’t have stayed here this long if it wasn’t a great work place.

Your article did not reflect reality and is an affront to everyone who works at Kenneth Cole.
